We have classes for kombucha, sourdough, "pickled" veggies and sauerkraut. You can watch our basics videos on YouTube, or come to an in-person class if you live near one of us. We have some online options for learning fermentation, as well.
Variety is the spice of life, and a health microbiome! But if you wanted to learn how to ferment all the things, you had to take all the classes. That means finding a class, paying to register, waiting for it to happen, usually being there in person.
